Gray Scale Florals

Good morning! The challenge at Inspire.Create is Clean and Simple! As you know, I’m a big fan of CAS cards, so I was excited for this challenge!

There’s a video by Gina K Designs that shows a beautiful gray scale card, so I wanted to try the technique! My rose is stamped in Basic Gray, then I used the layering masks to add the color. I used Smoky Slate, and with each layer, the Smoky Slate appears darker! Super easy! And, I love that the Layers of Beauty Dies has a die to cut out just a portion of the main image.

The “hello” is from the Greetings for all Ephemera Kit–I use this kit all the time!! Makes things so simple!
