This card was ridiculously easy to make! It's called a Bridge Fold — it's great because it will lay flat to mail!
I used one of my favorites — This Little Piggy, along with the Whole Lot of Lovely Designer Series Paper. I thought those looked like cow spots, just pink!
To make the card base, cut a piece of cardstock 8" x 4 1/4", then score at: 1 1/4", 2 1/2", 5 1/2" and 6 3/4". Then you just fold as shown. The "bridge" is 5 1/2" x 1 1/4".
