Instructions:
- Stamp image using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.
- Color using Stampin' Blends. Colors used: Pool Party & Petal Pink
- Assemble card as shown. HINT: adhere the stamped image to vellum — then turn over, and add adhesive to the vellum behind the whisper white piece. You won't be able to see the adhesive through the vellum!
