When I was at the Stampin' Up! Onstage last November, someone showed this awesome technique! Then, I received a beautiful card using the same technique (seems I was the last to know about it!). It's so pretty, but I was intimidated — it looked difficult! But, I wanted to impress my stamp club ladies, so I went on the search for directions! WOW — it's soooooo easy!!
A quick rundown: you stamp on a window sheet with Stazon Ink. Then color in with Stampin' Blends. Now, cut it out using the framelits — and cut the same image out of Silver Glimmer Paper. Now, just adhere the the colored window sheet over the glimmer paper. I used Mini glue dots — if you're careful about where you place them, you can't see them at all!! That's it!! The hardest part of this card is waiting for the ink to dry on the window sheet! haha!
