Another fun sketch at Atlantic Hearts today! Love the split front!
I wanted to be different, so I used ink blending to create the two parts of the background panel. First, cut a strip of masking paper to 1/4″, and lay it across your panel about half way. Then add a thicker strip to the side you aren’t blending (to protect it). Add Crushed Curry Ink with a blending brush until you get the desired shade. Now, move the thicker strip to the other side, and repeat process with Cajun Craze ink!
For the rest, the two pieces of Basic White were embossed with the Seasonal Cheer Mini Embossing Folders (these can be used with the Mini Cut & Emboss Machine!!). Then, I cut a few leaves from Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze cardstock. The sentiment is stamped in Cajun Craze and punched out with the Three Banner Punch. Added some Painted Patch Dots! Now it’s your turn!!
