Good morning!! This is a fun technique–stamping with bleach! You can do this two ways: 1. pour a little bleach on a piece of felt, and use as a “stamp pad”, or the way this card is done: 2. put bleach in your Water Painter, and “paint” directly onto your rubber, then stamp! You’ll get different effects on different colors of cardstock–so much fun to experiment!
