Good morning!! So happy you could stop by! We have a great inspiration photo for you today! It’s a fun fall photo–love the colors! And, that’s what I went with–pulled some of the colors (poppy parade, crushed curry & pretty peacock) to create this card:
Started with the large white panel and created a colorful background by randomly stamping the different leaves in the three colors I chose. Then, I stamped one more on a scrap of Pretty Peacock, and cut it out with the coordinating die. Also cut one from Crushed Curry without stamping. This is a really cool embossing folder/die combo–as you can see you can use it together or separately!
The inspiration photo is below — gorgeous, huh?!! Head on over to the SUO Challenge blog to see more inspiration–and play along!!
Absolutely stunning with your color combination and collage of leaves + the red.
Thanks, Cindy!!
Beautiful card, Tammy! I love how the embossed layer evokes a nice chunky sweater for a cool fall day. Also, your Winterly Tree Tops cards a while back convinced me that I neeeeeeeded that bundle in my craft room and I ordered it yesterday, so if my hubs notices I am totally blaming you for that purchase ; )
I’ll take the heat if your husband notices! haha!! Thanks, Christy!
