Good morning!! It’s time for a new challenge theme at CAS on Friday — and this time around it’s “Use a Stencil”! Remember to keep it clean and simple!
For this card, I used an old retired stencil — I can’t even remember the name! But, it’s pretty, and I liked it as a background for the Gallery Blooms image! The Blooms are stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink, then masked off using Masking Paper. Then, the stenciling was added — Daffodil Delight using a blending brush! Remove the masking paper, then color in! I used Stampin’ Blends in Real Red and Old Olive. I added some Strawberry Slush & Pretty in Pink Gems — ironically, I used the clear ones!! haha!!

Below are some of the products used. Several items will be available on May 6th, so stay tuned!!

Beautiful!! Perfectly colored bouquet and your stenciled background really set it off!! You rocked our STENCIL challenge and have given great inspiration to those who decide to play along with us over at CAS on Friday. #307
Thank you, Deb!
Stylish and very beautiful. Great masking to get the stencilled pattern behind the image.
