Masking Balloons!

Good morning! Here’s a fun birthday card–I love using the primary colors of red, blue & yellow–very bright and cheerful! For this card, I used the masking technique! Pick which item (balloon) you’d like “in front”, and stamp that first. In this case, it was the blue balloons. Then, stamp on masking paper (or a post it note!), cut out and place over the images you’ve stamped. Now, stamp the rest of your balloons! I stamped the two red balloons, then added all the small yellow balloons.

After, I hand drew the strings on the balloons–because I didn’t realize there was a stamp in the set!! Geez–talk about observant! haha!! I had seen other cards and thought, “wow–how did they get all the strings the same?” Yes, sometimes I’m a bit ditzy!

Here are all the great Stampin’ Up! products used on this card. Just click on any item to be taken to my online store–and thanks in advance for supporting my business! I so appreciate it!
