Good morning, and happy Hump Day! haha! I have a fun card for you today! April’s challenge at Christmas Craft Creations is “Non Traditional Colors”! Pink is usually my go to color for non-traditional Christmas cards, but I wanted to step outside my box for this one! I found the colorboard at AAA Colorful, and decided to use that as my inspiration!
Colors are Lemon Lolly and Coastal Cabana! I really like these two together–will have to try them on another project!!
I stamped the snowflakes, but wanted something different for the sentiment, so I embossed it using a retired embossing powder from Stampin’ Up! — called Shimmer White. Love the extra sparkle for the sentiment!
It’s very sparkly, and then the glimmer paper behind adds even more sparkle! (can you ever have too much sparkle?!!)
