Hi!! and Happy Tuesday! We have a fun challenge for you today at Stampin’ Up! Only Challenges — to use your favorite technique! Well, I have A LOT of favorite techniques, so the challenge was actually to pick ONE! haha!! I chose the Spotlight Technique!
To create this, stamp the image from Layers of Beauty stamp set twice–once on the card front, then again on a scrap piece of Basic White. Cut part of the “scrap” out with a circle die, then color in. Cut another circle from Basic Black cardstock — just slightly larger than the stamped circle. Adhere it to the card base–lining up the images. Simple!!
Colors are Petunia Pop, Daffodil Delight and Soft Sea Foam!
Super pretty card, Tammy, and great way to show off the spotlight technique! I haven’t played much with Petunia Pop yet, I need to experiment 🙂
Thanks, Christy! I love Petunia Pop–one of my favs!! Give it a try!
I haven’t done this technique in forever. Beautiful card and so is your coloring!
Thanks, Cindy!!
