Happy Tuesday!! I have a super cute birthday Piggy to share with you today! This one is made for the Addicted to CAS challenge–code word “Layered”. I immediately thought — ooooooo, lots of cardstock!! But, then decided to challenge myself to do a “layered” card with just ink! Here’s what came of it!
First, the piggy and birthday cake was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. Then, stamp it again on masking paper and cut out. Place your masking paper over the stamped image. Then, I stamped the “Happy” from Biggest Wish across the card in Orchid Oasis. Under that, the “birthday” from the same set in Parakeet Party. I thought it needed more color so that the piggy would really stand out, so I added ink with my Blending Brush! Remove your masking paper, color your piggy and voila! a fun birthday card!!
