Love this Bright & Beautiful Suite–the colors are fun, and who doesn’t love balloons!?!!
Fo this one, I stamped two balloons with Bubble Bath and Azure Afternoon. The smallest is cut from a scrap of the Bright & Beautiful Designer Paper — which is also used for the awesome background! Card base is Lemon Lime Twist!
