Quiet Meadow, again!

I warned you–I'm all packed up, so have minimal supplies for cardmaking!!  I recently ordered the Quiet Meadow Stamp Set, along with the coordinating Meadow dies.  So, it's what was used again on today's card!!  (stick with me though–just a few more weeks, and I'll be in my new stamp room!!)

I made this card for two different challenges:  the Flower Challenge #70–for Clean and Simple, and the Less is More #468, which called for Embossing!

I embossed the flower using Versamark ink and Black embossing powder, then colored using my ink pads and a water painter brush.  (check out the new Embossing Additions Tool Kit!!)  I'm not an artist by any stretch of the imagination, but the water painters make it easy!   I used Old Olive and Sweet Sorbet.  The layers are all Basic White!

Here are all the supplies used on today's card:

  1. Tammy, I have moved my studio once and totally know how hard it is to not have everything at my fingertips! Good luck with the move – I’m so happy you had this lovely bloom to share with us at The Flower Challenge! Beautifully colored, wonderfully CAS!
