Good morning!! It's been a crazy couple weeks–we bought a house, sold our house and are now busy packing up 29 years of stuff!! (that's a alot of stuff!! haha!) But, I took some time yesterday to just stamp a card or two! This first one uses the sketch at Global Design Project as the inspiration!
I cut three of the stems from Basic White cardstock, and glued them together–so that there is more substance across the opening of the card (cut out using a circle die). I then embossed the sentiment in white on Basic Black cardstock and cut out using the Stylish Shapes Dies. That is adhered to the stem and the right side of the circle.
For the background, I used a sheet of the Perfectly Penciled Designer Paper–doesn't the image coordinate perfectly with the cut out stem?!! It really made me happy!
It's a very simple card, but I like it! I hope you do, too!
