Hello everyone!! Love the colors at Color Dare this morning! So bright and cheery!! Definitely screamed “spring” to me!
For this card, I used the pretty tulip from the Easter Basket Bundle, and stamped it all along the bottom of a panel of Basic White cardstock. Used Memento ink, and colored with the following Stampin’ Blends: Summer Splash, Berry Burst, Poppy Parade, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Shy Shamrock. The background is embossed with the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder. Both white panels are layered with Basic Black–it really helps the panels pop!!
