Good morning!! It’s my anniversary!! Rich and I have been married for 33 years! We met in the USAF while stationed in Portsmouth, NH. October was a beautiful time to get married–the fall colors were in full swing!! We’ve lived in NH, then South Korea, Texas and the last 29 years here in the wonderful state of New Mexico!
So, this is the card I made him for our anniversary! I was inspired by the challenge at The Male Room — for clean and simple masculine cards.
I started with a Basic White cardbase. I think added a 1/4 sheet of white as a clean layer. The leaves are from the Forever Flourishing dies–I cut it out 3 times from Mint Macaron. I glued all three in a stack for some great dimension! For the sentiment, I embossed in white on Basic Black cardstock. It’s attached with dimensionals! That’s it! Clean and simple! In hindsight, some ink blending on the leaves might have looked nice–something for the next card!
Here are all the wonderful Stampin’ Up! products used on this card:
Thank you for joining The Male Room CAS challenge. I like how the stacked die image gives it such a pop on the card.
Congratulations on your Anniversary and what an exciting life it sounds you have had. I love the simplicity but beautiful meaning in your card. Thank you so much for joining us in our Clean & Simple challenge at The Male Room Good Luck and I hope you will join us in our next challenge.
