Good morning! and Happy Wednesday!! I have a fun card using the Artfully Layered Bundle–I used the color challenge at As You See It Challenges as my inspiration:
The card base and stamped layers are both Crumb Cake–the challenge said "soft and muted", and I thought using the crumb cake muted the colors a bit! I used the colors in the challenge to create my own background, then embossed that with the Timeworn Type Embossing Folder. The little dots are from the Classic Matte Dots–I colored the Vanilla ones with the Crumb Cake Stampin' Blend!
Here's the color challenge:
and, here are all the supplies I used on today's card:
Wow, Tammy, this looks amazing! I so love to see color stamped on Crumb Cake – it gives such a new look to them! Your tropical theme is perfect for our colors, and I love your feature details so much! Just right! Thanks so much for playing at As You See It!
This is so lovely! The stamps look so lovely in these colours: they’ve almost taken on a William Morris look. Thanks so much for joining in with us at As You See It Challenge.
Tammy this is just fabulous! Your muted background panel works perfectly and the Crumb Cake really softens the stamped colours, allowing your leafy die-cuts to stand out perfectly. Great job! Thanks for sharing with us over at As You See It this week!
I concur with all of the above posters…I am going to case your card!
Tammy, you’ve nailed the spirit of this colour challenge with your hand stamped muted background! I love that you’ve also embossed it! The Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen foliage accents are perfect! Thanks for using our colour challenge palette at As You See It Challenges!
I love the warm organic feeling you achieved by stamping on the Crumb Cake! Very pretty and a great way to use our colors! Thanks for sharing this with us at AYSI this week!
