I'm really enjoying the challenges at Try Stampin' on Tuesday! There's a new challenge every week, but you get a couple of weeks to play along! This is very good for me–I've been known to participate in a challenge, only to find out it closed the day before I posted my card!! haha!! So I appreciate the extra time to play!
Today's card is for Challenge #540, which called for a monochromatic card using a sketch:
I'm not 100% happy with this card, but it is what it is! I really couldn't figure out how to "fix it"!! haha!
Here's the challenge:
I have another card for you tomorrow that uses just the technique of Monochromatic. Come and see!
In the meantime, check out the supplies I used:
Gorgeous, Tammy – what a great play with the leaves! A serious Just Jade showcase, too – love your use of the panorama center, too – perfect! Thanks so much for playing at Try Stampin’ on Tuesday!
Tammy, aren’t those Tropical Details dies wonderful?!? I like how you used them with our Try Stampin’ on Tuesday sketch and monochromatic challenge! Thank you so much for sharing your card with us, and for being part of both parts of our challenge! -Donna
Pretty monochromatic card. I really like the texture you added with the embossing folder and the addition of the vellum die cut is a nice neutral element and I like how it’s “foggy” and muted in tone. Thanks for joining us at Try Stampin’ On Tuesday.
