Good afternoon!! I have spent most of the day in my craft room, just playing! I wanted to try some ideas out, and had so much fun! I was even able to complete this card, which uses inspiration from two challenges: Just Add Ink's sketch, and TGIF's colors! I absolutely LOVE the way it turned out!
I used two of the colors for my color blocking–cut them out and adhered them to a piece of crumb cake (that you can't see!), and ran it through my Cut & Emboss Machine with the Stitched Greenery Die–don't you love the effect?!! This panel is adhered to the cardbase using the Foam Adhesive Sheets–it covers most of the back of the panel (I wanted to give it extra sturdiness!). I then cut out 3 of the leaves from the Forever Flourishing Dies (funny story–I purchased the coordinating stamp set, Forever Fern, over a year ago, but didn't think I liked/needed the dies. Well, I finally purchased them, and use them NONSTOP!!) Anyhoo–I glued all three leaves together to form a stack–love the dimension this gives it! When I added it to the card, the leaves were too large for what I was going for, so I cut them up! The left over piece is shown. The sentiment is from the Happiness Abounds Stamp Set–the font in this set is so pretty–and is embossed in white on Basic Black cardstock!
I hope you are enjoying your weekend!!

Awesome card Tammy! Love the bright colours and then the gorgeous use of the stitched greenery die on your rectangular panels. Thanks for playing along this week at Just Add Ink. Rochelle xo
