Good morning!! Had some time to “play” on Sunday morning, and decided to join in on some challenges! The sketch at The Paper Players looked like fun! Well, here’s the result, although it is nothing like the card I had designed in my mind!! haha!! I almost didn’t post it, but hey–not everything is as perfect as we’d like! It’s still a nice colorful card!!
The designer paper is the Sale-a-bration item, Blooms Impressions. This is a great pack of paper–so bright and cheery! The sentiment is from So Sincere — I love that it’s horizontal! There’s also some Petunia Pop Glimmer paper behind the sentiment panel.

Hope you enjoy my attempt! Below is the sketch I used for inspiration!

Tammy… I love that you flipped the sketch on its side… it looks great. The floral DSP is beautiful! Thanks so much for sharing with The Paper Players!
Thank you, Elizabeth!
Funny how so often what appears on your desk after a crafting session is nothing like what was in your head when you started! I like the way you’ve rotated the sketch to vertical – it really works for this sentiment. The papers are pretty and the choices you’ve made with them, with the contrast of light and dark, stops them being too busy. Lovely card – yes, always post! Thanks for sharing with us at The Paper Players.. 🙂
Thank you, Jan!!
I’m glad you shared your card Tammy – those florals are so pretty and the vertical sentiment is perfect for the flipped sketch. Thanks for playing along with my sketch over at The Paper Players this week!
Thanks, Joanne!!
