Good morning, and happy Thursday! Today’s card was made for the color challenge at Color My Heart Color Dare! We were to use Black, White and one other color! I chose Real Red for mine. This is a classic combo, and I one I love!
This was a simple card to put together! I simply colored one bloom using my Real Red Stampin’ Blend. Then, cut it out and layered it onto another piece of Perfectly Penciled DSP. I like the added dimension from the popped up bloom. But, to save paper, you could just color one of the blooms without cutting out!

For the sentiment, I embossed with White embossing powder and then cut out using the coordinating dies — from the Charming Sentiments bundle! For some extra red, Red Rhinestones were added!! Super simple–but elegant!!

This is gorgeous with the single flower coloured – love it! Thanks for sharing with us at Colour Dare 🙂
Thanks, Alyson! I love coloring this paper!!
One of my favorite techniques…coloring one flower to make it POP! So pretty! Thanks for sharing at Color Dare.
Thanks, Debi!!

Thank you so much!
A great choice to just colour one red flower, it really pops and stands out with that heat embossed sentiment too. Thanks for sharing with us at Colour Dare, I hope you can join us again soon.
Thanks! That’s what I was going for–glad it worked!
